About the Position
EastPoint Properties has been in business for over 40 years specializing in quality low income housing. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and is willing to perform both landscaping and winter snow-removal duties.
Responsibilities
- Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns
- Plant, prune, and care for trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Perform spring and fall cleanups
- Mulch, weed, and maintain garden beds
- Assist with landscaping installations and outdoor projects
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely
- Perform snow removal from driveways, walkways, parking areas, and other properties
- Operate snow blowers, plows, and other snow-removal equipment
- Shovel and apply ice melt or salt as needed
- Respond to snow and ice events, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
Qualifications
- Landscaping or snow-removal experience preferred, but training is available
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours during snow events
