We are seeking a professional, highly organized, and bilingual On-Site Supervisor to support workforce operations while serving as a key liaison between employees, client leadership, and internal management. This role has a strong administrative and supervisory focus, requiring excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for daily workforce support and employee communication
- Support daily workforce coordination and operational needs
- Assist with employee accountability, attendance tracking, and performance follow-up
- Ensure clear communication between associates, management, and branch leadership
- Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and workforce updates
- Support onboarding and employee engagement efforts
- Assist with conflict resolution and issue management in a professional and solution-oriented manner
- Participate in operational and HR-related meetings as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages are essential.
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service and employee support abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Warehouse, logistics, staffing, or distribution experience is REQUIRED or strongly preferred
- Experience working in warehouse environments involving forklifts, electric pallet jacks, material handling equipment, and general warehouse safety procedures strongly preferred
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and the ability to help promote a safe work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2nd and 3rd shift must be flexible
