Duties
- Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs using CAD software such as Vectorworks, SektchUp
- Create accurate construction drawings, construction detail documentation, and models to facilitate project execution.
- Produce high-quality renderings and 3D visualizations using Adobe Creative Suite and Grasshopper 3D to communicate design intent effectively.
- Prepare construction documentation that includes specifications, details, and coordination drawings for contractors and builders.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in drafting, modeling, and visualization.
- Proficiency in CAD software including Vectorworks, CAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to produce detailed construction drawings and construction detail documentation accurately under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for effective negotiation with clients and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
