Jefferson Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Contract Specialist. You will provide subject matter expertise and operational support in all aspects of the acquisition lifecycle process.
This role will be 100% Remote.
The annual salary range for this position is $105,000.00-$115,000.00. The annual salary range is negotiable. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties include:
- Working with program offices on elements of the procurement package to ensure the procurement package is actionable.
- Completing contract specialist documents, such as market research memos, source selection plans, determinations and findings (D&F), and more.
- Developing solicitations for Contracting Officer review and approval.
- Managing all aspects of the solicitation issuance and proposal receipt process.
- Conducting cost/price analysis.
- Drafting award documentation.
- Supporting post-award actions, including contract closeouts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with at least five (5) years of relevant professional experience
- Federal contract administration experience
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, writing, and analytical skills to effectively interact with program and contracting officials
- Attention to detail, high standards of excellence, and commitment to perform and execute all project activities successfully
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
- US. Citizenship required

- FAC-C Level 2-certified or equivalent, preferred
