Supervises front office and administrative staff
Assists with recruiting, onboarding, and training employees
Coordinates staff schedules and office coverage
Supports workflow improvements and operational efficiency
Addresses patient concerns and administrative issues
Ensures compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and company policies
Assists with office supplies, vendor coordination, and reporting
Maintains confidentiality of patient and company information
Performs other related duties as assigned
