Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and create a warm, positive first impression
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial options
- Coordinate patient financing and payment arrangements
- Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment
- Help maintain productive provider schedules
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
- Work closely with the clinical team to keep the office running smoothly
Qualifications
- Previous dental front office or treatment coordinator experience preferred
- Open Dental experience is a plus
- Knowledge of dental insurance is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Comfortable discussing treatment and financial arrangements
