About the Role:
As a Dispatcher, you’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they call for service and the go-to guide for our technicians in the field. You’ll play a key role in keeping our schedule running smoothly and ensuring our customers get top-notch service every time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answering incoming calls quickly (within 2–3 rings!) with warmth and professionalism.
- Scheduling and dispatching the right technician for the right job.
- Managing the daily service schedule, forecasting workloads, and making smart adjustments.
- Keeping customers informed throughout their service journey—from booking to follow-up.
- Updating service information in Service Titan and working closely with techs and office staff.
- Following up on leads, reviews, parts, invoices, and more to help keep the wheels turning.
- Supporting other departments when needed, including customer service and the events team.
What You Bring:
- Excellent phone and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- A team-player attitude and a calm, customer-first mindset.
- Tech-savvy—especially with scheduling software (experience with Service Titan is a big plus!).
- HVAC dispatching/customer service experience strongly preferred

Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working in the HVAC industry highly preferred
- Successful completion of drug/alcohol screening
- Must be eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to work cohesively with customers and fellow employees
- Proficient with google suite (email, google docs, google sheets, google drive)
- Ability to proficiently use Service Titan and other software applications maintained by the company, experience preferred
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Proficient in documentation, reporting, and data entry.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Dispatch experience preferred
- Able to be flexible and adapt to constantly changing levels of work

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
