We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our growing team in Houston. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and developing professional skills in a supportive team environment.
Position Overview
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping them understand available products and services while delivering a positive and professional experience. You will receive paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed in the role.
This is a full-time, in-person position offering opportunities for professional development and advancement based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide information regarding available products, services, and promotions
- Answer customer questions and address concerns promptly
- Assist customers with account-related inquiries and service options when applicable
- Maintain accurate knowledge of current products and promotions
- Support customer engagement initiatives within retail environments
- Build positive relationships with customers through exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company objectives
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Contribute to a welcoming and customer-focused environment
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to work location
