We’re growing our team and looking for energetic, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join us at Sr. Cruda Ceviche & Micheladas and Teriyaki House!
We operate different restaurant concepts, each with its own menu and style of food. We are currently hiring for multiple positions:
SR. CRUDA CEVICHE & MICHELADAS
Position: Ceviche Artist
As a Ceviche Artist, you’ll be at the heart of our ceviche bar, preparing fresh ceviches, micheladas, and specialty seafood creations while providing excellent service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve ceviches, micheladas, and specialty seafood items
- Follow recipes, portions, and presentation standards
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Work as a team in a fast-paced environment
TERIYAKI HOUSE
Positions: Cook & Cashier
Teriyaki House offers a different style of food and kitchen environment. We are looking for cooks and cashiers who are dependable, motivated, and ready to work as part of a fast-paced restaurant team.
Cook Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Follow proper food preparation, portioning, and presentation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Restock and prepare ingredients as needed
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy periods
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Process cash and card payments
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Answer basic questions about menu items
- Package and organize dine-in, pickup, and delivery orders
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter and dining area
- Assist the team with additional duties as needed
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Restaurant or food-service experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
- Willing to learn and follow restaurant procedures and standards
