Starlight ABA Therapy is expanding across Colorado and is actively hiring compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing clinical team. We are especially interested in bilingual (English/Spanish) clinicians who can help us better serve Colorado's diverse communities.

Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and provide caregiver training
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Eligible to provide ABA services in Colorado
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for helping children with autism and their families succeed
