World Hyundai Matteson is in need of one Service Advisor to assist with our busy shop. We have been growing rapidly and need a quality individual to add to the team immediately. We are currently adding several bays to our store and will be busier than ever.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues
- Utilize all software and texting tools and company required word tracks
- Maintain metrics that are set forth by the dealership and the OEM
- Must be able to sell the required number of details, flushes, nitrogen services and more on a weekly basis
- Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
- Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee and community relations.
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
- Increase profitability by maximizing sales & execute retail promotions
- Responsible for overseeing the technician working on customers’ vehicle including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering, job completion times
- Maintain 100% communication with all guests on the status of their vehicle
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability and desire to sell products in a professional way. Willingness to follow successful processes and procedures to maximize results for the dealership.
- Must be willing to make all efforts in CSI
- Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction and quality control.
- Automotive service advisor experience.
- Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions.
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Must use a detailed route sheet to keep guests informed about their vehicles
- Dealertrack experience
- X Time experience helpful
- ASR Pro experience helpful
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
