Position Overview:
The Sales Associate / Design Consultant will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and design expertise. You will assist customers in selecting furniture and decor that suits their style and needs, while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.
We provide a beautiful, positive, fun work environment. Some weekends will be required.
Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice on design options.
- Learn our POS and inventory system and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain and organize merchandise displays to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate products effectively and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Utilize basic math skills for pricing and inventory management.
