Your Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll and maintain accurate time and attendance records in ADP
- Administer PTO, payroll adjustments, deductions, garnishments, reimbursements, and related payroll activities
- Respond to associate payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and HR-related questions
- Support onboarding, associate records, reporting, audits, and HR administrative processes
- Coordinate associate engagement, recognition, wellness, and communication initiatives, including events, service awards, associate appreciation activities, and company announcements
Qualifications
- 1- 2 years of Human Resources, Payroll, Administrative, Benefits, or related Internship experience (preferred)
- Experience with payroll, timekeeping, and HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Reliable with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
