To start off, this is not going to be a normal job. There is absolutely no experience required, and the goal is to find someone who wants to learn and earn. Pay starts at $20/hour and will only go up from there. Potential to exceed $60+/hour, if you become proficient in necessary duties.
Job Summary
You will be responsible for providing assistance in various fabrication tasks, including but not limited to, using equipment to finish cutouts on a plasma CNC. To start off, I will be needing a second hand for several responsibilities. Attention to detail is key.
Requirements
The biggest point that I must make clear to find the right person for the job, is someone who is teachable, dependable, and genuinely wants to learn to as much as they can, and can follow instructions.
The parts that are manufactured here need to be within very strict tolerances. I will teach you how to meet these requirements and check them. I will teach you how to weld. I will teach you how to use every machine, and learn CNC. Not just how it works but eventually how to program, if you want.
The Right Person
If this is something you are interested in, even if you're still in highschool, that's fine. This is an opportunity to get paid to learn, and you will not have somebody watching over your shoulder 24/7, or making sure you aren't on your phone. You can take breaks as often as you like. I will eventually setup the pay structure after the training is sufficient, to where you determine your own pay. The more you can do and the faster you can do it, the more you will make. It is up to YOU. I don't need someone who has a ton of experience and has 5 degrees. I need someone who is competent, loves hands on tasks, preferable smart in mathematics, as there will be math involved at some point. Eventually I want to find someone who I can trust to be there and work with and grow with, who can work well with others as eventually you will be training an additional person.
