Outcome Services of Illinois is a long-term care consulting company that services nursing facilities throughout the state of Illinois. OSI has an opening for a BSW, MSW, or CTRS to fill a consulting position for the areas of social service/activities in long-term care facilities. We are currently looking for full time and part time candidates.
A high energy/self starting type of person would excel in this position. Experience in long-term care preferred. Travel involved to long-term care facility locations. Company car will be provided.
