Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking bilingual Stager to join our team. In this role, you will prepare finished products for shipment by organizing, inspecting, and staging materials in designated areas. You'll work closely with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure orders are accurate and ready for delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Stage completed products for shipping or the next step in production
- Move materials using forklifts
- Verify product quantities and inspect for quality before staging
- Label, wrap, and organize materials as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with loading and unloading materials when required
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be Bilingual
