Summary:
The project coordinator will document project data and facilitate information sharing between the office and operations. They will optimize and maintain EPA's information systems and project record storage.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):
1. Perform Project Setup - Enter new job info into ProContractor construction management system
2. Prepare Master Agreement and Task Order documents for subcontractors
3. Request Job Accounts from Material Suppliers
4. Update Job Board Spreadsheet with current project info
5. Track and document change orders and Time and Material charges
6. Request Notice of Commencement documents (NOC)
7. Request Notice to Owners (NTO)
8. File submittal documents and confirm approvals
9. Create labor warranties and gathermaterial warranties and other closeout documents
10. Maintain current jobs list transferring completed jobs to closed jobs spreadsheet
11. Update Prequalification forms and systems to keep prequalification status current with General Contractors
12. Communicate with Project Managers to ensure that project documentation is complete and current
