Position Overview
We are looking for a Nail Technician to apply press-on nails for customers and support daily store operations.
This is not a traditional salon role — we focus on wearable press-on nails. Training will be provided, but basic nail experience is required.
This role has a clear path to grow into a Store Manager position.
Responsibilities
- Apply press-on nails for customers (fast, clean, professional)
- Recommend styles and assist customers with selection
- Maintain hygiene and presentation standards
- Support inventory and daily store operations
- Learn store systems and team management processes
Requirements
- Must have experience doing nails (on yourself or others)
- Basic understanding of nail shapes, sizing, and application
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Responsible and reliable

- Previous nail technician or salon experience
- Retail or customer service experience
- Leadership or management experience
- Loves social media
- Comfortable being on camera
- Interested in beauty entrepreneurship
- Self-motivated and proactive
Growth Opportunity
This is a long-term role with the opportunity to grow into a Store Manager position for high-performing candidates.
Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
