Looking to hire a specialty coffee experienced Lead Barista to help manager oversee the day-to-day operations including coffee training while motivating staff to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities

Organizing and managing daily operations of the cafe
- Recruiting, training, and supervising staff
- Ensuring health and safety protocols
- Maintaining updated records of all staff and cafe-related documents
- Help prepare weekly work schedule for cafe
- Help conduct store meetings
- Help conduct staff performance reviews
- Coordinating with vendors and ordering supplies as needed
- Helping to develop seasonal items
- Scheduling routined maintenance checks for all areas of the cafe
- Organizing community driven events
- Serving the staff, customers, and community
- Building genuine relationships
Qualifications

- Proven leadership skills in the specialty coffee industry
- Hands-on experience with a professional coffee machine
- Flexible schedule and availability to work 40 hour weeks
- Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations
- Good math skills
- Ability to learn and adapt

- Excellent interpersonal skills
