Night Supervisor
This role will encompass the following responsibilities:
Serves as frontline customer service to receive, solve and/or escalate customer inquiries and issues.- Support Operations team by taking preventive action to mitigate company damages
- Identify corrective action and programs to remedy constant trends, which result in organizational losses and problems.
- Conduct customer service surveys.
- Forward customer complaints to proper Directors and/or Operations Managers.
- Follow up on customer complaint’s/request, status with clients, Directors, Managers, or Supervisors.
- Update and maintain MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets).
- Maintain and follow up on all Radios, Equipment and transportation repairs.
- When needed will assist Operations Manager with e-mails, follow-ups, and letters.
- Assist with other duties and projects as assigned.
Experience Preferred:
- Two to three years’ experience in customer service, medical facilities
- Computer literate: Microsoft word, excel, Windows
Physical Requirements:
- 75% Walking and 25% Sitting.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
Required education:
- High school or equivalent
