Senior Underwriting Representative
Location: Fully remote
Schedule: M-F, Standard Business Hours
Target Start Date: 08/17/2026, pending completion of new hire onboarding
Duration: 8 months (opportunity for extension or conversion to FTE, depending on performance, attendance, and business needs).

Job Details:
The Underwriting Account Senior Representative, within Client's Supplemental Benefits contributes to the Underwriting process through the handling of all Medicare Supplement, Health and Life underwritten applications.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Review medical history, data and interviews employing critical thinking skills
- Operating third party software to summarize application medical and health data
- Provide written correspondence, to the applicant or broker, regarding outstanding application requirements
Qualifications:
- High School diploma is required
- 2+ years insurance or medical experience required, preferably medical insurance or PBM background
- Medical terminology preferred
- Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize workload independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical conditions/prescriptions
