We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Laboratory Technician to help ensure our products meet the highest standards for quality, safety, and consistency. In this role, you’ll work closely with Production, Quality, and R&D teams to test materials, monitor production, identify quality issues, and help keep our processes running smoothly.
- Perform testing on raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, and stability samples.
- Accurately record test results and maintain clear, organized documentation.
- Review test results against established specifications and quality standards and help determine if products are ready for release.
- Perform and document hourly quality checks on the production line.
- Prepare additives and monitor blending operations.
- Communicate with Production Supervisors when products do not meet quality specifications.
- Monitor and help prevent GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) violations.
- Calibrate, maintain, and validate laboratory equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory.
- Identify quality concerns, troubleshoot problems, and recommend practical solutions.
- Provide technical support for customer requests when needed.
- Support R&D projects and ensure customer and internal sample requests are completed on time.
- Participate in internal quality assessments and audits.
- Follow all company food safety, quality, and safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
