Job Description:
Guardian Express LLC is currently seeking professional Non-CDL Owner-Operators for our MC Lease and Dispatch program. If you own your equipment but want to avoid the high costs and administrative burden of maintaining your own MC and DOT authority, we have the solution. We provide the authority, the cargo insurance, and the freight—you provide the truck and the drive.

- Insurance Coverage: We provide Cargo and General Liability insurance (Owner-Operator is responsible for their own Truck/Auto Liability only).

- Financial Support: Fuel advances available to manage your daily operating costs and keep your cash flow steady.
- Consistent Volume: Targeted workload of 2,500–3,000 loaded miles per week with minimal downtime.
- Transparency: Weekly settlements with clear, honest breakdowns and no hidden fees.
Equipment Requirements:
- Vehicle: Must own a 26ft Box Truck in good operating condition.
- Essential Gear: Truck must be equipped with a working lift gate and a pallet jack.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Safety Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
- Insurance: Must maintain your own Auto Liability/Bobtail insurance policy.
Revenue and Compensation:
- Estimated Weekly Gross: $4,500 – $6,500.
- Rate Per Mile: $1.50 to $2.00+ depending on the lane and market.
