Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing comprehensive market insights and strategic advice
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to showcase listings effectively
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining professionalism and transparency
- Develop tailored marketing strategies utilizing digital platforms, social media, and traditional channels to attract prospective buyers and tenants
- Analyze local real estate market trends to advise clients on timing, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Manage all aspects of the sales process from initial contact through deal closing, ensuring smooth transactions
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, property details, contracts, and compliance documentation in line with real estate laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience or strong interest in practicing real estate with a focus on customer service and sales excellence
- Exceptional communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction
- Knowledge of sales technology tools for lead management, customer relationship management (CRM), and digital marketing platforms
- Familiarity with real estate market analysis, industry trends, property management practices, and fair housing regulations
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing administrative tasks related to real estate transactions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team managing real estate projects or teams when necessary
- Prior experience with legal aspects of real estate law is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
