Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role combines essential bookkeeping responsibilities with administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and eager to contribute to a lively team dedicated to water sports and outdoor adventure.
Duties
- Manage financial records using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations as well as our in-house DMS system.
- Handle data entry with accuracy and efficiency to maintain up-to-date records
- Assist with office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing supplies
- Assist with boat and trailer registration documents
- Support customer service efforts through phone etiquette, customer support, and handling inquiries both in person and via email
- Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and maintaining organized records
Experience
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly preferred
- Excellent computer literacy across productivity software including Microsoft Office
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
