Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all assigned front office duties including greeting patients, registration, and payment processing
- Triage and room patients, document history, vital signs, and chief complaints in the EMR
- Obtain and process specimens for point-of-care testing and assist in minor surgical procedures
- Conduct all X-ray studies for adult and pediatric patients, adhering to protocols and accurately entering documentation in the EMR
- Prepare and maintain radiology and exam suites, restock supplies, and monitor imaging results
- Support onboarding of new staff and participate in team-based care delivery
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college
- Current state Radiologic Technologist license and ARRT certification
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in urgent care or emergency room preferred
- Outstanding bedside manner; strong commitment to patient care and customer service
- Proficiency with EMR systems (EPIC experience preferred) and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
