Ryanco Construction is seeking an experienced underground utility / sewer foreman for an immediate commercial project in Southern California involving a live public sewer connection / hot tap operation.
We are specifically looking for someone with REAL hands-on experience performing sewer tie-ins, live utility connections, underground piping installation, and field coordination.
Current project is anticipated to take place during night work the week of 5/24. We need someone who is experienced, confident, and capable of helping lead this operation in the field.
Scope may include:
- Live sewer tie-ins / hot taps
- PVC sewer piping installation
- Coordination with public utility agencies and inspectors
- Night work operations
- Coordination with excavation and plumbing contractors
- Field leadership and execution support
Requirements:
- Experience with public sewer utility work REQUIRED
- Experience performing sewer tie-ins / hot taps strongly preferred
- Underground utility construction background REQUIRED
- Ability to independently lead field operations
- Strong understanding of utility safety and procedures
- Reliable communication and availability over the next 1–2 weeks
- Southern California based preferred
This is initially a contract / project-based opportunity with potential for ongoing underground utility and infrastructure work as projects continue to grow.
