Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will ideally have several years working in a restaurant with high quality food. You need to be a self starter and be able to work in a high volume atmosphere while keeping a level head.
Pay is based on experience.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to set recipes
- Ensure food is stored and handled properly in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Serve meals to customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Prior experience in the food industry or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Willingness to assist in various tasks within the dietary department

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
