Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Utility/Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our clients kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
-Prior experience with industrial dishwashers.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area by dusting, sweeping and mopping floors and emptying trash regularly.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working condition.
- Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed.
- Adhere to sanitation and safety procedures.
-Assist with Miscellaneous tasks
-May need to help moving furniture, up to 50lbs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen/ catering or corporate dining setting
-Prior experience with industrial dishwasher.
- Ability to utilize Work app and timesheet submittal
-Food handler certificate or serve safe preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work well within a team.
