What You'll Do:
- Repair and replace hardware (motherboards, keyboards, RAM, drives, etc.)
- Pick up parts from FedEx/UPS
- Contact customers and schedule appointments
- Use our app to log jobs and mark them complete
- Return used parts using prepaid shipping labels
What You Won’t Do:
- No virus removals
- No OS installs
- No software troubleshooting or helpdesk support
What You’ll Need:
- Experience repairing desktop and laptop hardware
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone, tools, computer, and internet
- Availability to log in to the tech portal by 9 AM, Monday through Friday
