Early Stages Enterprises provides early intervention services for infants and toddlers (ages 0–3) with developmental delays. We work closely with families to support developmental growth through individualized, family-centered services.

Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to provide occupational therapy evaluations and intervention services for young children referred through the Regional Center.
Services are provided using a family-centered, coaching-based approach to support developmental skills within daily routines and natural environments.
This is a W2 position offering full flexibility in scheduling and caseload.
Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations for infants and toddlers (0–3)
- Provide occupational therapy services in home and/or clinic settings
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on developmental needs
- Coach parents and caregivers on strategies to support child development
- Address areas including fine motor, sensory processing, feeding, and adaptive skills
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed
Qualifications
- Active California Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L)
- Experience working with infants and toddlers preferred
- Knowledge of early intervention and developmental milestones
- Experience with sensory integration and family-centered intervention approaches
- Strong communication and caregiver coaching skills
- Ability to work independently and manage schedule
- Reliable transportation for in-home services
Highly Preferred:
- Experience providing Early Start services or working with Regional Center–funded early intervention programs (including IFSP-based services)

Location
Services are provided in-home and in clinic settings based on family preference.
Service area includes South Los Angeles and West Los Angeles. Clinicians should be comfortable traveling within this region.

Pay: $90.00 per hour
