Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in efficiently using hotel management systems.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Conduct nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions, including billing and account adjustments.
- Monitor security cameras, perform safety checks around the property, and ensure the premises are secure throughout the night.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to assist guests and coordinate with other departments as needed.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Support front desk operations by assisting with guest check-outs, reservations, and guest relations activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse guests.
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems.
- Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of hotel management software and basic accounting procedures is advantageous.
