We are looking for a driven, strategic, and independent U.S. Sales Representative to join our team. This person will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and follow up with prospects provided by Reach Way, ensuring professional communication and timely responses.
- Complete a minimum of 30 assigned leads per day provided by us, presenting tailored logistics solutions and recording outcomes.
- Identify customer needs in freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution, positioning Reach Way’s services as value-added solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into opportunities, working closely with the sourcing and operations teams to deliver accurate proposals.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client feedback within the CRM system.
- Provide market insights and client feedback to help refine our U.S. sales strategy.
This role requires a proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to articulate Reach Way’s strengths in logistics and supply chain management while ensuring consistent daily execution on lead assignments.
Close new accounts and maintain relationships to generate repeat business
Must Have :
- Prior Sales experience with B2B, B2C
- Excellent phone communication (Cold-Calling)
- Knowledge of international trade / supply chain / logistics
Sales will be paid USD 30- USD 35 per hour. In addition to the base pay, this position offers commission at 10-15%. (Again, Reach Way will provide leads)
