Title: Printer Operator

Position Description
The Printer Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining printing equipment to produce high-quality printed products that meet customer specifications. This position ensures efficient production, maintains quality standards, and follows all company safety procedures.
Printer Operator Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions

Set up and operate digital and/or large-format printing equipment.

Review work orders and verify print specifications before production.

Monitor print quality and make machine adjustments as needed.

Load paper, vinyl, and other printing materials into equipment.

Inspect finished products for color accuracy, alignment, and overall quality.

Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on printing equipment.

Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major repairs to maintenance.

Maintain inventory of inks, paper, and printing supplies.

Complete production records and accurately track job status.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Follow all company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
