The Numbers:
- Average weekly pay: $1,650 to $1,730
- $0.55 per mile with annual increases up to $0.60 per mile
- 1,000 to 1,570 miles per week
- $34.00 stop pay
- $16.75 hourly rate for cross docking
- Guaranteed weekly minimum: $1,600
- Weekly pay via direct deposit or Comdata
- Per diem: $66 per day
- $500 transition bonus paid on second paycheck
The Route:
- Local dedicated route out of Blaine, MN
- Deliveries across MN and WI
- 22 to 28 stops per week
- Home daily at end of shift
- Daytime routes: Tuesday to Saturday, departure 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Nighttime routes: Tuesday to Saturday, departure 11:00 pm to 12:00 am
- Unload at delivery locations using electric pallet jack
- Cross docking on all routes (hourly pay)
- 2020 or newer straight trucks
- Onsite parking at Blaine, MN
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A or CDL-B license
- Minimum 12 months verifiable straight truck experience
- Hazmat endorsement required
- Must be available for a full 5-day workweek to qualify for weekly minimum
- Must be comfortable driving days and nights
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
- No felony convictions in the past 7 years
- No terminations in the past 12 months
- Must pass hair follicle drug screening
