We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting customers with professionalism
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently, providing clear and courteous communication.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence to ensure easy retrieval and confidentiality
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using computer literacy skills.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinating events as needed
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email.
- Handle clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and maintaining office supply inventory.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming office.
Requirements
- Prior office experience or clerical experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professionalism
- Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
