This position serves as a strategic compensation leader and trusted advisor to business and HR leaders. The Senior Manager, Compensation is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and communication of compensation programs including base pay, annual incentives, sales compensation, recognition programs, and other reward initiatives. This role provides advanced compensation consultation to assigned business units, leads complex compensation projects, and ensures programs support the organization's talent, business, and financial objectives.
What you will do:
- Serve as a strategic compensation partner to HR, Finance, and business leaders by designing, administering, and continuously improving compensation philosophies and programs including base pay, incentives, sales compensation, recognition.
- Lead annual compensation planning, job evaluation, market pricing, benchmarking, pay equity reviews, and workforce cost analyses to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop compensation policies, governance practices, financial models, reporting, and analytics to support informed decision-making, regulatory compliance, and program effectiveness.
- Manage compensation survey participation, lead cross-functional projects and process improvements, and provide guidance, coaching, and development to compensation team members as applicable.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10 years of progressively responsible compensation experience
- Deep knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation, market pricing, incentive design, compensation regulations, HRIS systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills, project management experience, and CCP certification preferred.
The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $200,000 annually with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography, etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
