Coverage area: Kitnersville, Doylestown, Jamison, Hatboro, Warrington, Willow Grove (And maybe ..Collegeville, Perkiomenville, Schwenksville, Royersford, Zieglersville, East Greenville) May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address RNs are required to get a minimum of 30 points Start of Cares 2.5, Resumption of Cares 2, Recerts 1.75, Discharges 1.5 and routine visits .9
