General Manager – Tacos del Cartel (West Palm Beach, FL)

Tacos del Cartel is part of VEHO Hospitality Group, where we are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through operational excellence, accountability, and leadership. We are seeking an experienced, results-driven General Manager to lead our West Palm Beach location.
Position Summary
The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including financial performance, daily operations, team development, guest satisfaction, and compliance with company standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can build high-performing teams while driving sales, controlling costs, and delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead all Front-of-House, Back-of-House, and Bar operations.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop restaurant team members.
- Manage labor, scheduling, payroll, and staffing to meet business needs.
- Oversee food, beverage, and labor costs while maintaining profitability.
- Analyze Profit & Loss statements and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, health department regulations, and food safety standards.
- Maintain inventory controls, purchasing procedures, and waste management.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Lead by example and promote a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, deposits, and daily financial reporting.
- Collaborate with Regional Leadership, HR, Finance, and Operations to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
- Experience managing P&L, labor costs, inventory, and restaurant budgets.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
- Experience with restaurant POS systems (Toast experience preferred).
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Pay: $67,960.44 - $75,000.00 per year
