```Duties:```
- Perform general janitorial and maintenance duties to ensure cleanliness and functionality of the facility.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed.
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
