Schedule: Part-Time, with the opportunity to transition to Full-Time after 30 days
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, compassionate, and motivated team member to join our surgical office.
This is an entry-level position. No prior surgical or medical office experience is required—we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet patients
- Schedule appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Assist with paperwork and insurance information
- Assist with general office and surgical scheduling duties
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Perform additional tasks and duties as needed or assigned by the Office Administrator
- May require occasional travel to another office location, approximately once per week if needed, after training is completed
90-Day Probationary Period: Performance, attendance, punctuality, teamwork, and professionalism will be evaluated during the first 90 days.
