Duties
- Conduct quick and thorough oil changes using appropriate tools and techniques to meet manufacturer specifications
- Perform tire services including rotations, replacements, and repairs with precision and care
- Assist with vehicle inspections to identify potential issues such as fluid leaks or worn parts
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform basic maintenance tasks and repairs
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained
- Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle’s needs and recommend additional services when appropriate
- Support the team with vehicle maintenance tasks such as alignments or fluid top-offs as needed
Qualifications
- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and vehicle maintenance procedures
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment confidently and safely
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during service tasks
- Prior experience in service technician roles or tire/maintenance shops is advantageous
- Basic understanding of automotive sales processes is a plus but not required
