Location: Green Bay, WI 54115
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate to join our team in Green Bay, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations during the second shift, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory, shipping, and receiving tasks.
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift certification a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work 2nd shift hours (typically afternoon to late evening).
This position is for the 2nd shift, generally from 11:00 PM or 12:00AM to 7:00 or 8:00AM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility for occasional overtime may be required.
