The Main Office Coordinator supports the faculty and staff by overseeing, coordinating, organizing, and performing the day-to-day secretarial and administrative functions of the Main Office. Candidates should demonstrate a calm, warm, and steady presence, creating a welcoming and reassuring environment for students, families, faculty, and visitors. They complete administrative tasks and support the school administration by performing sensitive clerical and secretarial work. This position is essential in facilitating the school’s efficient daily operations of the school office. The Main Office Coordinator has wide-ranging responsibilities and requires independent judgment, initiative, patience, and courtesy. The ability to meet students—particularly those who come to the Wellness Room—with patience, kindness, and nurturing attention is essential. Familiarity with the spirit and values of Waldorf education is strongly valued.
