The Epic Remedy is looking for experienced and professional cannabis trimmers to join our team, however, experience not required.

The Epic Remedy is a boutique marijuana dispensary, grow and laboratory. Featuring 25,000 square feet of premium cultivation space for a total of 3 state-of-the-art grow facilities where our medical strains grow, flower, dry, and cure.
Job Summary
Responsible for harvesting/defanning marijuana plants; Dry trimming cured flower. Maintain accurate product weights and maximize harvest yields while maintaining quality. Ensuring working knowledge of marijuana laws and comply accordingly.
Job Duties
- Trim and de-fan plants
- Weigh and record wet and dry trim waste weights
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the work area(s)
- Package products according to the packaging standards
- Communicate with other staff
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Assist department, as needed.
- Additional duties, as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
- MUST possess a Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division badge
- MUST be at least 21 years of age
- Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment. Preferred.
- Knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis. Preferred.
- MUST be able to communicate in a professional manner with staff
- Ability to work within a team and without.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale.
Physical Environment
The position performs indoors.
The position constantly requires fine motor skill abilities; a stationary stance for long periods of time and moving about with tools.
The position frequently requires to move items up to 30 lbs.
The position occasionally requires to move items up to 75 lbs.
The position occasionally requires to perform in a stooping, kneeling, or crouching position.
