Position Title: Kitchen Lead Cook
Job Classification: 10-month employee
Reports to: Food Service Director
Position Summary:
Leads daily production, quality, food safety, inventory and staff coordination.

Essential Job Functions
- Lead breakfast and lunch production using USDA standards.
- Coordinate staff, production records, inventory and ordering recommendations.
- Train staff and ensure HACCP, sanitation and temperature documentation.
- Maintain kitchen organization and perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule
Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour
Work Location: In person
