Duties
- Greet visitors, and contractors warmly while verifying their identities and access credentials
- Maintain a professional appearance and standard of attire consistent with our corporate culture
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential safety hazards or security breaches
- Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents, utilizing first aid, CPR, or law enforcement procedures as needed
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism and conflict management skills to de-escalate tensions
- Maintain detailed logs of all access activities, incidents, and security checks for accountability
Qualifications
- Must have an active security guard license
- Previous concierge, doorman, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation
