As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for dispatching, scheduling and resolving problems for our drivers and clients. This position requires you to have exceptional communication skills and promote a professional workplace attitude. You must be able to work under pressure and make decisions with little to no direction.
- This position will be taking calls from clients, scheduling rides, updating existing rides, as needed.
- Competently direct drivers to the next location.
- Dispatch rides accurately and on-time.
- Accurately provide pricing for rides to clients.
- Must be able to multi-task under a stressful environment.
- Attention to detail is critical.
- Excellent listening skills and communication skills.
- Bi-lingual a plus but not required.
