Part-Time Hours - (1–6 hours/week) EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
- Ensure proper use and general care of The Marsh's aqua exercise props and audio equipment, providing for their safe and efficient operation.

Educate participants on proper swim techniques, promote swimmer safety, and teach new skills.

Adapt teaching approaches to the age, experience, and ability of participants to meet level objectives.

Assist participants in achieving their fitness goals.

Demonstrate professionalism in all forms of communication, including in-person and email interactions.

Be punctual, organized, approachable, and energetic.

Complete required forms related to injuries, complaints, or requests occurring during class.

Attend required staff meetings and training.
