The Contract Facility Manager (CFM) leads daily operations, inspections, and project support across federal facilities. You’ll ensure compliance, coordinate projects, and serve as the on-site expert for performance, safety, and customer service.

Oversee facility operations and ensure GSA compliance

Conduct inspections and manage corrective actions
-
Support construction and repair projects
-
Coordinate with contractors, tenants, and stakeholders

Maintain reports, documentation, and budgets
-
Address tenant concerns and support satisfaction efforts
-
Monitor building performance and operating costs
-
Represent GSA in meetings and on-site activities
-
5+ years in facility, construction, or property management
-
Knowledge of building systems and codes
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-
Strong organization and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to obtain HSPD-12 clearance
-
Experience with Microsoft Office and GSA systems preferred
